Quick Catch-Up

Heeeeeeey, been awhile since I've written, don't have much to say, but I thought I'd update you on my very abnormally busy summer.

1) Play practices. The summer production of Fiddler on the Roof is amazing, I absolutely love it. I know, I know, I love the school musicals, too, BUUUT, these people don't pick favorites. And they like me. And everybody actually wants to be there and likes singing and likes acting.

2) babysitting. I hate it. Annika, the eight year old, and Natalie, the twelve year old, fight A LOT. seriously, my brother and I have NOTHING on them. they get violent. very violent. And Annika likes to stick her feet in my mouth. :P iiiickkkeeeeeeeeeeeee. well, she doesn't usually succeed, but she tries. I end up with feet on my face. **shudders** the only reason I'm still there is because I get thirty dollars a day, twice a week.

3) working at the store. My mom's jewelry store is better then babysitting, though I don't get paid quite as well in the store as I do for watching the girls. (five bucks an hour.) All my money from the store goes into first, an acoustic bass (that bass is beautiful. BEAUTIFUL. It must be mine.), which costs five hundred dollars (two hundred left to go), and one hundred dollars left to go for that awesome, three hundred dollar camera. I got a HUGE discount on both, actually. **sigh** if only I didn't love music and photography so much. maybe I could do prints and sell photos on ebay...

4) I signed up for dance lessons, which won't start until September, but I still have to figure out how I'm going to fit all this stuff, pluss art classes, plus play practices, plus vocal lessons all in.
